hi i want to prepare a business plan on etonal production i do not have any idea how to go about doing this.?

i am in fiji this is part of my project where i have to choose a business and prepare a business plan.I have chosen etonal production from sugarcane since in fiji sugar production is done and etonal can be a by product.
